Availability

Sessions are available:

Monday to Thursday between 9am and 3pm, with limited availability on Monday evenings,

both in-person at my home practice in Felsted, Dunmow; at Rise Therapy Centre in Feering, Colchester and online.

Bookings

I offer a free, no-obligation 15 minute phone call to explore how we might work together, before booking a full therapy session.

Cancellations

I kindly ask that you let me know if you’re running late, I am unable to extend sessions to make up for lost time - doing so would impact the appointments that follow.

Should you need to cancel a session, I ask that 48 hours’ notice is provided otherwise the full payment of the session will be taken.
