Hi, I’m Joanne. I offer counselling and hypnotherapy in Felsted, near Great Dunmow. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and tailored to you — whether you’re looking for support with anxiety, low mood, stress, phobias, or feeling stuck.

Nestled in the quiet Essex countryside, my home-based therapy space offers a peaceful, private setting where you can feel at ease from the moment you arrive. With easy access from Chelmsford, Bishop’s Stortford, Braintree, Thaxted, and Takeley, plus free parking right outside and separate garden access, you can settle in and focus fully on yourself and what you need from therapy.
