Single Session Therapy is a one-off online counselling session where we focus entirely on the issue that feels most important to you right now. It’s a flexible, low-pressure option if you:

Ahead of the session, you’ll complete a short questionnaire to help you focus on what you’d most like to get from our time together. This means we can make the best use of your session and spend it where it really matters.

No obligation intro call — Availability permitting, I’ll offer you a free, no-pressure 15-minute intro call to chat about what’s going on and how we might work together.

Book online — If we both feel we’re a good fit and you’d like to continue, you’ll get a link to my online booking page where you can check my availability, fill in some more details about yourself and what you would like to work on and book your session. Session prices are listed on my fees page.

Your session — We’ll meet online via Google Meet, focusing on the issue that feels most important to you right now. The space is yours — to talk, reflect, and explore possible ways forward.

Additional sessions (optional) —Some people choose to book more sessions at a later date — either to revisit the same issue or to focus on something new. There’s no obligation: the choice is completely yours.
